By accessing or using Tesla Control, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Tesla Control is a third-party application that allows you to control your Tesla vehicle from your Garmin watch. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Tesla Control offers recurring subscriptions and a separate one-time Watch Key purchase. Eligible long-term subscriptions may include a 7-day trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; Watch Key does not renew.
Watch Key is also available as a separate one-time purchase. It does not renew and provides permanent Bluetooth-mode access for the purchased vehicle tier. The included Internet Mode trial is temporary and does not become a recurring subscription automatically.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
A refunded Watch Key purchase revokes the corresponding permanent licence. If a Multiple Vehicles upgrade is refunded while an earlier One Vehicle purchase remains valid, access returns to the One Vehicle tier.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Tesla Control is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to vehicle damage, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
