By accessing or using Tesla Control, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Tesla Control is a third-party application that allows you to control your Tesla vehicle from your Garmin watch. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Tesla Control offers a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. You will be charged automatically after the trial period unless you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Tesla Control is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to vehicle damage, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
