It depends on your watch. LTE-enabled watches can work independently via cellular. WiFi-only watches need a WiFi connection. Non-LTE/non-WiFi watches require your phone nearby via Bluetooth.

Yes! We use Tesla's official OAuth 2.0 authentication. We never see or store your Tesla password. Your tokens are encrypted and stored securely.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

The 7-day free trial includes all features of your selected plan. A payment method is required to start, but you won't be charged until day 8. Cancel anytime before the trial ends.

All Tesla models are supported: Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, and Cybertruck. Any vehicle accessible via the Tesla app will work with Tesla Control.

Commands typically execute within 1-3 seconds, depending on your internet connection and whether your Tesla is awake. If your car is asleep, it may take a few extra seconds to wake up.

Currently, each Tesla Control account can be linked to one Tesla account. If you have multiple Teslas under the same Tesla account, you can switch between them.
